Coniwi operates as a fully web-based integration platform. Not only does it handle marketplace integrations, but it's also compatible with commonly used website infrastructures and ERP/WMS applications. Furthermore, virtually any system capable of exporting data can integrate with Coniwi, expanding your operational possibilities.
Coniwi Service Packages are grouped into four distinct service categories. These packages are tailored to meet operational needs at various scales, hence the differences in service limitations and pricing.

One of Coniwi's key features, this module, allows bulk updating of content related to your products filtered by common characteristics. For instance, regardless of whether there are 10 or 1,000 different products listed, users can simultaneously update material information if the products are made from the same material.
Correct pricing is a critical factor in global e-commerce operations. Coniwi has developed a pricing module to reprice your products specifically for each category and marketplace, ensuring proper margin settings. This module allows for pricing in multiple currencies, based on either live or fixed exchange rates.
For first-time sellers, some marketplaces can be complex, but Coniwi solves this problem for you. With its sophisticated integration algorithms, it dynamically interacts with marketplaces, helping users list products flawlessly by specifying both mandatory and optional fields in the desired listing category.
Cancellation options vary depending on the service package you're using. Coniwi Basic users can cancel anytime, while Coniwi Mid and Pro users are required to give a 3-month notice. Coniwi Enterprise users, on the other hand, are considered to have cancelled their contracts as of the "contract end date" specified in their contracts, without any further action required.
The term "User License" refers to the maximum number of users that can be added to the Coniwi platform on behalf of your company/brand. While you can add as many users as you want, once you reach the "User License" limit in your package, you'll incur additional license costs for each new user. This not only protects your company/brand from unauthorized or incorrect access but also saves you from unnecessary fees.
